Rules & Guidelines
Please read and follow these rules to ensure a fair and successful hackathon
Eligibility
- Open to individuals 18 years of age or older
- Teams can have 1-5 members
- All team members must register individually and sign the DUA
- Participants may only be on one team
Data Usage
- Provided datasets may only be used for the hackathon
- Data must not be shared with non-participants
- Do not attempt to re-identify any anonymized data
- All data must be deleted within 30 days after the hackathon
- Report any suspected data breaches immediately
Submission Requirements
- All submissions must be made before the deadline
- Include a README explaining your solution
- Provide clear instructions for running your code
- Submit a presentation deck (max 10 slides)
- Include a demo video (max 5 minutes) if applicable
Code of Conduct
- Be respectful to all participants, mentors, and organizers
- No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Give credit where credit is due
- Help foster an inclusive environment
- Report any violations to the organizing team
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of code you write
- The provided data remains property of its owners
- Open source your solution unless otherwise arranged
- Do not use proprietary code without proper licensing

- Innovation and creativity (25%)
- Technical implementation (25%)
- Impact and usefulness (25%)
- Presentation quality (15%)
- Code quality and documentation (10%)
